Medical LCD Displays

When I talk with medical device OEMs, I see the same challenge again and again.
You need clear, reliable LCD displays in very different sizes.

  • Small handheld or portable devices.
  • 10″+ HMI panels on patient monitors, ventilators and diagnostic systems.

We focus exactly on this range.
From 0.45″ medical LCD modules for compact devices to 7–15.6″ medical TFT displays for main HMI panels.

Medical Applications We Support

Our LCD displays are designed into many types of medical equipment.
Both small modules and large HMI screens are part of one ecosystem.

Portable & Home-Care Devices

Engineered for Medical Environments

Medical environments are different from general industry.
Readability and reliability are directly linked to patient safety.

That is why we design our medical LCD solutions with these priorities:

Custom Medical LCD & HMI Design Support

Every medical project has its own requirements. Enclosure shape, user interface, power budget and standards are never identical. We support you through the full process:

  • Matching or replacing existing displays: If you have an older LCD that is going EOL, we can design a compatible replacement with similar optics and mechanics.
  • Customizing small medical modules: Display content, icons, glass outline, backlight color, connector and interface. We optimize contrast, viewing angle and power to fit your device.
  • Engineering full medical HMI displays: For 7″–15.6″ screens, we can integrate TFT, touch panel and cover lens. We support your mechanical mounting, sealing and front design.
  • Speeding up integration: We provide drawings, 3D models, timing guidelines and samples. Our goal is to shorten your development time and reduce risk.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on the LCD type. For many standard LCD modules, we support small MOQ for the first order. For full custom glass or backlight, the MOQ is higher, but we always suggest a cost-effective quantity for you.

For standard LCD modules, the lead time is usually around 4–5 weeks after order. For custom LCD designs, tooling and first samples may take about 3-4 weeks, depending on complexity. After your sample is approved, mass production follows the agreed schedule.

If we can base your design on one of our existing standard structures, sometimes no tooling cost is needed. For full custom glass, backlight or special mechanics, a one-time tooling cost is required. We always explain the tooling items clearly in the quotation before you decide.

Yes, we do this very often. You can send me photos, key dimensions, pinout or a drawing of your current LCD. We will check if we can design a drop-in or improved replacement with stable long-term production.

Most industrial LCD models are designed for 5–10 years of service life under typical conditions. We run lifetime and reliability tests to support this, and keep continuous production for core models. If you need test data for your project, we can share the relevant reports with you.

I mainly support industrial, medical, power, HVAC, instruments and home appliance projects. Most of my customers are from Europe, North America and Asia, working on long-lifecycle devices.
