1.30″ 128×64 Monochrome OLED Display – LGO12864E-130

The Longtech LGO12864E-130 is a compact 1.30-inch 128×64 monochrome OLED display designed for industrial instruments, control panels and embedded systems. It has a 34.50 × 23.00 mm panel size, a 31.42 × 16.70 mm viewing area and a 29.42 × 14.70 mm active area. The display uses 0.210 × 0.210 mm pixels with a 0.230 × 0.230 mm pixel pitch, providing a clear white-on-black graphical display for icons, status information, measurement data and compact user interfaces.

The module uses a CH1116 OLED controller and supports a 4-wire SPI interface through CS#, D/C#, SCLK and SDIN signals. It supports a logic supply voltage of 1.65 V to 3.3 V and uses a 16-pin FPC with a 0.50 mm pin pitch for connection to the host PCB. Its extended FPC structure provides additional mounting flexibility for industrial equipment where the display is positioned away from the main circuit board.

The standard version provides a white monochrome OLED display. The specified operating temperature range is -20°C to +70°C, with a storage temperature range of -30°C to +80°C. FPC length, connection structure and other mechanical or electrical specifications can be customized according to project requirements where applicable.
