2.80″ 256×64 Grayscale OLED Display – LGO25664A-280

The Longtech LGO25664A-280 is a 2.80-inch 256×64 monochrome OLED display designed for industrial instruments, measurement equipment, control panels and embedded systems. It has an 84.00 × 25.80 mm panel size, a 71.104 × 19.264 mm viewing area and a 69.104 × 17.264 mm active area. The display uses 0.254 × 0.254 mm pixels with a 0.270 × 0.270 mm pixel pitch, providing a clear graphical display for icons, status information, measurement data and industrial user interfaces.

The module uses an SSD1322 OLED controller and supports multiple host interfaces, including 8-bit 6800/8080 parallel and 4-wire SPI, for different MCU and embedded system designs. The standard Longtech logic voltage range is 1.65 V to 3.3 V, subject to confirmation for the selected electrical configuration. It uses a 30-pin FPC with a 0.50 mm pin pitch for connection to the host PCB. The interface configuration includes BS0, BS1, CS#, RES#, D/C#, R/W#, E/RD# and D0–D7 signals, providing flexibility for different communication requirements.

The standard version provides a green monochrome OLED display with a COF (Chip on Film) structure and 1/64 duty driving. The specified operating temperature range is -30°C to +85°C, with a storage temperature range of -40°C to +90°C, making it suitable for industrial applications requiring extended temperature performance. Its bottom-exit FPC structure allows integration into industrial electronic equipment, while FPC length, connection configuration and other mechanical or electrical specifications can be customized according to project requirements where applicable.
