160×80 COB Graphic LCD Module – LGM16080A

The Longtech LGM16080A is a standard 160×80 COB graphic LCD module designed for industrial instruments, control panels and embedded systems. It has a module size of 100.0 × 54.0 mm, a 72.3 × 37.8 mm viewing area and a 67.17 × 33.57 mm active area, providing a practical monochrome display solution for graphics, icons, menus, measurement data and system information.

The module features an RA6963L2N controller or equivalent and supports an 8080 8-bit parallel MPU interface. It operates from a 5.0 V logic supply with 1/80 duty and 1/10 bias driving, and incorporates a built-in DC-DC circuit. The standard specification uses STN Gray, positive, transflective LCD technology with a 6:00 viewing direction.

As a standard mechanical platform, the LGM16080A can be configured with different LCD display modes, polarizer options and LED backlight colors to meet different application requirements. STN and FSTN display configurations, positive or negative modes, and different backlight colors can be provided according to project requirements. Viewing direction and other electrical or optical configurations can also be selected or customized where applicable.
