Product Description
The Longtech LGM320240A is a 320×240 monochrome graphic LCD module designed for industrial instruments, control panels and embedded systems. It has a module size of approximately 148.02 × 92.82 mm and a viewing area of approximately 118.20 × 87.36 mm, providing a large display area for graphics, menus, measurement data and system information.
The module uses a UCI8835C controller and communicates through an 8-bit 8080 parallel MPU interface, with DB0–DB7 data lines and RD, WR, A0, CS and RESET control signals. It operates at 5.0 V and uses 1/240 duty and 1/16 bias driving. The standard configuration uses an STN transmissive LCD with a 12:00 viewing direction.
This version is equipped with a blue backlight and FPC connection. The standard operating temperature range is -20°C to +70°C, with a storage temperature range of -30°C to +80°C. Backlight color, connector configuration, interface definition and other mechanical or electrical specifications can be customized according to project requirements.
